Displays comprehensive bot information including WebSocket latency, API latency, RAM/CPU usage, total guilds, users, channels, uptime, and Python/discord.py/OS versions. This is the best command to check if the bot is healthy and responsive.

Opens an interactive help menu with a dropdown to browse all command categories. You can also fuzzy-search for a specific command or category. Has a 3-second cooldown per user to prevent spam.

invite Permissions: None

Sends you a DM containing the bot's OAuth2 invite link. Use this if you want to add AethisBot to another server.

pingdetect Permissions: Manage Guild

Toggles or sets the ping-detector state for this server. When enabled, the bot will automatically reply with a rich embed whenever someone pings @everyone, @here, or the bot itself. Useful for notifying members who have DMs disabled.

⚙️ Configuration #

Customize server settings like command prefix and logging behavior.

setprefix Permissions: Administrator

Changes the server's command prefix. The default prefix is a!. This setting is stored per-server, so each server can have its own unique prefix. Use this if your server already uses a! for something else.

🔨 Moderation #

Keep your server safe with mute, warn, and channel management tools.

mute Permissions: Moderate Members

Times out a member for the specified duration using Discord's native timeout feature. Sends a DM to the muted user and posts a notification in the channel. Maximum timeout duration is 28 days. Accepts human-readable durations like 30m, 1h, 2d.

Usage: a!mute <duration> <@member> [reason]
unmute Permissions: Moderate Members

Removes a member's timeout early. Sends a DM to the unmuted user and posts a notification in the channel.

Usage: a!unmute <@member> [reason]
warn Permissions: Kick Members

Issues a warning to a user and records it permanently in the database. Sends a DM to the warned user with the reason and posts a channel embed. Warnings can be reviewed later with warnings.

Displays all warnings for a given user, including the reason, moderator, and timestamp for each warning.

Removes all warnings for a specified user from the database.

nuke Permissions: Manage Channels + Manage Messages

Safely deletes and recreates the current channel. Preserves the channel's position, webhooks, and permissions. Requires button confirmation before proceeding. After recreation, sends 1 test message to confirm the channel is operational.

nukev2 Permissions: None

Alternative nuke command that recreates the channel but sends 100 @everyone messages after recreation. Has no permission restriction, so anyone can use it — use with caution.

👑 Admin #

Server-wide administrative tools for messaging and member management.

dm Permissions: Administrator

Sends a direct message to a specific member from the bot. Useful for private communications that should come from the bot's account.

dmall Permissions: Administrator

Broadcasts a DM to every non-bot member in the server. Use this sparingly — sending many DMs at once can trigger Discord's rate limits or spam filters.

delchannels Permissions: Server Owner

Deletes every channel in the server. This is extremely destructive and irreversible. Only the server owner can run this command.

Usage: a!delchannels
forcenick Permissions: Manage Nicknames

Force-sets a member's nickname, overriding their own preferences. Useful for enforcing naming conventions or removing inappropriate names.

Usage: a!forcenick <@member> <nickname>
lock Permissions: Manage Channels

Lock the current text or voice channel. In text channels, members can no longer send messages. In voice channels, members can no longer join. The channel remains visible.

Unlock the current text or voice channel, restoring normal permissions for members.

slowmode Permissions: Manage Channels

Set slowmode for the current channel. Limits how often members can send messages. Set to 0 to disable.

Change another member's nickname. Does not affect their global Discord username.

Change your own nickname in the server.

Delete a specified number of messages from the current channel. Bulk-deletes up to 100 messages at once.

Give a role to a member. The bot's role must be higher than the target role in the role hierarchy.

🚫 Blacklist (Bot Owner Only) #

Global blacklist system for users and servers. Only bot owners can use these commands.

blacklist_user Permissions: Bot Owner

Adds a user to the global blacklist by their Discord user ID. Blacklisted users are blocked from using any command in any server where the bot is present.

Usage: a!blacklist_user <user_id>
unblacklist_user Permissions: Bot Owner

Removes a user from the global blacklist, restoring their access to all commands.

list_blacklisted_users Permissions: Bot Owner

Lists all users currently on the global blacklist with their user IDs.

Blacklists an entire server by its guild ID. The bot will leave the server and refuse to join it in the future.

Virtual currency system (PhaseCoins) with balances, daily rewards, shops, and leaderboards.

Check your current PhaseCoins balance, or check another member's balance if specified. PhaseCoins are earned through daily rewards, working, and games.

Claim your daily PhaseCoins reward. Rewards are random between 100 and 300 coins. Can be claimed once every 24 hours.

XP and level system that rewards active members.

Shows the top 10 users by XP/level in the server. Great for competitive communities.

Directly set a user's XP to a specific value. The level is automatically recalculated based on the new XP.

Gambling minigames where users can bet their PhaseCoins.

Spin a 3-symbol slot machine. Three matching symbols pay 5x your bet. Two matching symbols pay 2x. Try your luck!

Configures the ticket system for your server. Sets the support role that can access tickets, the log channel for ticket activity, and creates a dedicated "Tickets" category. Run this first before using other ticket commands.

Posts the "Create Ticket" embed with a green button in the current channel. Members click the button to open a new support ticket.

Exports the full ticket conversation as a formatted .txt file and sends it to the channel. Useful for record-keeping.

Closes the ticket by deleting the channel and saving a full transcript. The transcript is DM'd to the ticket owner automatically.

Monitor YouTube channels and get notified when new videos or Shorts are uploaded.

Registers a YouTube channel to be monitored. The bot polls the channel every 5 minutes for new uploads including Shorts. When a new video is detected, it sends a notification to the specified Discord channel using your custom message template.

Supported URL formats: youtube.com/channel/UC..., youtube.com/@handle, youtube.com/c/name, youtube.com/user/name, or raw UC... channel IDs.

Retrieve deleted messages from the current channel.

Retrieves the last deleted message(s) from the current channel and sends them to you via DM. Includes prev/next navigation buttons if multiple messages were deleted. Great for recovering accidentally deleted content.

🍯 Honeypot #

Trap-channel system. Designate a channel as a honeypot; anyone who sends a message there is automatically punished with a configurable action.

honeypot_add <#channel> <action> [duration] Permissions: Administrator

Sets the specified channel as a honeypot. Supported actions: kick, ban, softban, timeout. For timeout, you can also set a duration like 30m, 1h, 2d (default 1h, max 28 days).

honeypot_remove <#channel> Permissions: Administrator

Disables the honeypot on the specified channel. Users will no longer be automatically punished for messaging there.

Create and manage giveaways with button entry, automatic winner selection, and reroll support.

Creates a giveaway in the current channel. Users enter by clicking the green button. When time expires, winners are chosen automatically at random. Duration format: 30s, 5m, 1h, 2d. Maximum duration is 30 days.

Ends an active giveaway early by its message ID. Winners are selected immediately and the giveaway embed is updated.

Highlight the best messages in your server. When a message receives enough star reactions, it is automatically reposted to your designated starboard channel.
