• Discord User IDs - For economy balances, levels, inventories, and social command tracking
• Guild/Server IDs - To organize data per server
• Server Configuration - Custom prefixes, welcome/leave channels, auto-roles, and log settings
• Message Content - Only when using word detection features or logging modules (if enabled)
• Interaction Counts - Social command usage (hugs, kisses, etc.) tracked per user pair

2. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used solely to provide and improve the bot's functionality:

• Economy system (balances, daily rewards, shop, inventory)
• Leveling system (XP tracking, leaderboards, rank commands)
• Server moderation (warnings, mutes, audit logs)
• Ticket system (transcripts, support tracking)
• Social commands (GIF embeds, interaction counts)
• Word detection (role assignment, custom responses)

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally in JSON files on the bot's host server. We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion of data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention: Data is retained until manually deleted by server administrators or bot operators. Economy data persists across sessions unless explicitly reset.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

AethisBot does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

Server administrators have full control over their server's data. You may request data deletion by contacting the bot owner. Individual users may request removal of their personal data (balances, XP, inventory) by contacting server administrators.

6. Children's Privacy

AethisBot is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of AethisBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
